3 bedroom/2 bath house on the beautiful Frio River in Concan Tx. Enjoy the river right out the front door on our family-owned private property. Walk or drive down to the 200' of the Frio River. Escape to the river and sit, tube or kayak and take in the beauty of the large cypress trees and hill country background. BBQ on our large front porch under the beautiful shade trees or enjoy the covered porch, Sit by the fire pit at night to stargaze and enjoy your company. Front yard has a lighted washer pit and area for cornhole boards. Bring the kids to experience Garner State Park for hiking, swimming and the famous dance hall.

*Visit us for live music at the House Pasture, yearly Fall Festivals, Spring Break and more. The wintertime is a haven for serenity to enjoy with family for the holidays or hunting season.

Close to Garner State Park, the Frio Bat Cave, Joe Jimmy's and Neals restaurant

What makes this property unique

Our Property has been in the our family for 60 years - My dad passed this property on to us about 25-30 years ago for our family to pass the beauty, fun, enjoyment of the FRIO River to his grand kids along with us all to enjoy. This has become our little piece of Heaven under the huge trees scattered about the property, the Huge Cypress trees adorning the river banks of the Frio all on our Private Property. Enjoy the Private River Access 2-3 minute walk out our front door - take your folding/river chair sit awhile under the cypress trees or in the river to let the Frio do its thing - Refresh and cool you off - You will not be disappointed but amazed by all the Beauty, nature and the sound of the flow of nature passing by. We also have a large covered front porch with extending patio facing the Frio river to enjoy - Pic-nic tables on porch to listen to the birds early morning while sipping on your favorite beverage and the smell of fresh brewed coffee - IT'S ALL IN THE BEAUTY OF THE PROPERTY and the VIEW OF THE FRIO RIVER that will leave you at Ahhhh
