Beautiful oceanfront condo located only steps away from the beach and the Mauna Lani Resort! J201 is a primely located, newly furnished condo with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Its perfect location in the exclusive "J" building offers up close ocean views and close proximity to a pool and BBQ area. The outdoor covered lanai has dining and lounge area, wet bar and gorgeous view of the turquoise Pacific and Hawaiian fishponds. The living room features elegant and comfortable furnishings with HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances. Just off the living room is the spacious master bedroom. The master offers guests a king size bed, flat screen HDTV, private en-suite master bathroom with a large shower and an attached lanai. The second private bedroom offers a queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect for those wishing to stay at the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace.

Nice location

It was a great stay for us. We loved the location. We were here for 11 nights. It was a typical VRBO. It’s clear from the photos that the unit hasn’t been updated in some time. I’m ok with that. The part that bothered me is the dishwasher might as well not be there. I have a Bosch dishwasher at home, so I was disappointed. Would stay here again especially if they get a Bosch dishwasher. We had a great time.

Family Celebrations

The best part of this condo is its location. We did have a few problems. The door code that we were given did not work and we arrived after office hours so it took us a while to get someone on the phone to help us. There was not much hot water so we turned in a maintenance request. After being told there was not a maintenance person available for two days we fixed it ourselves. The condo is great for couples but is not family friendly. READ THE HOA RULES. No playing games on the lawn or in the pool. Seriously, the guy on the third floor in J building called our kids out for kicking a ball around. The condo is in real need of an update. But, remember, if location is priority this is the place.

Spacious & comfortable condo with phenomenal beach/sunset views. Great location with beautiful beach access. Their beach club is a awesome beach with incredible snorkeling. This would be the only place we will stay when we go back to the Big Island.

perfect location

This condo was very comfortable and in a perfect location. Great views and access to one of the best beaches for snorkeling on the entire island. The Mauna Lani property is gorgeous for strolling and is close to several other fabulous beaches like Hapuna Beach and Beach 69. Overall a great stay!
