This place is located in the central bellevue. You are able to access I-90 and 405 free ways within minutes, convenient to the university district and bus stop. You will be close to everything when you stay at this place.

-crossroads mall: 8 mins
-Microsoft campus: 11 mins
-Seattle downtown: 16 mins
-airport: 22 mins

The whole rental place is on the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a separate and independent entrance.

Owner lives on the second floor. It’s two seperate units. Everything is separated, different entrance.

Owner goes downstairs from second floors in the side yard, and go through the side yard door.

There are four bedrooms three and half bathrooms:

1. A spacious master suite room A with two bedrooms, one king bed, a queen bed and one full bathroom inside.

2. Room B one queen bed with a private bathroom outside of the room B .

3. Private room C one queen bed with bathroom inside the room.

4. A half bathroom beside the living room.

Spacious living room and open kitchen with a good view to the backyard. A big deck and backyard with a scenic view.

Great stay

The amount of space was perfect, really enjoyed the backyard! Really appreciated how responsive and supportive the host was, and the location was very peaceful. Would recommend for anyone in the area finding a place to stay.

Great space but not the Ritz

The space was very roomy with 4 bedrooms and 31/2 baths. The kitchen and bathroom areas were not very clean. The bedding was very poor quality including the sheets and duvets. We ended up going out and buying pillows, sheets and comforters because they were so bad.There were imperfections throughout the entire property so the space looked like someone had updated and done everything themselves. Just not appealing to look at.

First of all, the host stayed on the property that was supposed to be a private renting. She utilized the kitchen for her personal use while we were away. The host utilized the kitchen while we were away and did not clean kitchen after her use like we left it clean. There weren’t enough clean towels for all guest staying. There was a lot of noise from the top floor (where the host stays with her family) all night long. The mattresses on beds are old and lumpy. Spider webs in corner of the walls. Bathroom shower lack cleanliness. Floors had buildup dust around corners of bedrooms. Exterior of the home was not well kept or welcoming

Disappointed

4 of us (women over 60) needed a place to stay for one night. We chose this home because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Sadly, We were quite disappointed with the home. Though the owner requested no shoes-and provided Crocs at the door-the wooden floors were quite dusty with hair throughout the house, including the bathrooms. Entire dwelling felt neglected. Supplies were minimal. 1 towel and wash towel per person. The instructions said to use the makeup removal towels instead of white towel-but none were provided. No extra blankets to be found. We were surprised by the 5 pm check in I am truly sorry to leave such a poor reviewI would not recommend this listing.

The title says it all - Convenient home in Bellevue

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding at Robinswood House in Bellevue and visiting family in Redmond. Very close to both, which made getting around easy. It's a regular home in a regular neighborhood. It is not fancy, but you can tell the owner is working on fixing it up. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to fix meals. Plenty of room for the 7 of us, and especially nice to have were the 4 bathrooms.

What makes this property unique

The location is good, it’s very convenient to Seattle downtown and airport. Everything you can find in this area. There is a green belt with lake nearby, which is a good place to take a relax. Going to QFC, Walmart , Fred Meyer, whole food, Trader Joe , Asian family markets takes about 10 minutes.
