Overall, the location is close enough to town but far enough away to avoid noise, etc..Cons: There were several little things that we noticed while we were there though. Including light bulbs not working, garage had cobwebs, dead bugs and whatever else in it, windows that wouldnt open, portable fire pit had broken controls on it, TV remotes that wouldnt work/stick, fan remotes were randomly spread about and in the wrong rooms, found an acrylic nail in one of the beds, and just other assorted broken/non-functioning things throughout the house. These are small things, but when you are forking over the money for a place like this and paying a cleaning fee and whatever else, I expect there to be a level of clean and function that goes with it.Pros: The patio is awesome! Half covered, half open and with a view too. Large enough to spread out and enjoy the view. The hot tub is sweet and is located in a great spot on the patio. The location is great, although there is a little bit of traffic on the main road, it was not a problem and the proximity to angel fire town was something we enjoyed. The house was cozy, with bedrooms sharing no common walls, etc.Overall we did enjoy our stay and the property itself, but it needs some attention to bring it up to speed and make the price justify itself.
