Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for multiple couples. Easy walk to the beach. We were there for a wedding. It would have been nice if there had been an iron available. Otherwise it was perfect.

This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, allowing us to check in two hours early on last minutes notice. The house was very clean, modern, and the pool addition was great. I’d recommend this rental and rental company to anyone and everyone. Thank you - Sam Swanger

We loved this property! It was perfect for our group. Was so nice having the pool as it was double red flags during our stay, and we could not get in the ocean. Lifeguards and codes enforcement made frequent rounds keeping everyone out of the water. It is quite the walk to the beach - would recommend a golf cart for transport, but you cannot park it at beach boardwalk. One person will have to take and drop-off. We rented a beach cart from VayKLife Gear which made the walk and transport much easier! Our only complaint is the beds. They are in major need of new mattresses- they were terrible. One of the king beds was like sleeping in a hammock- so worn out. If you like a firm bed with no give, you'll want to sleep in one of the rooms in the casita. Overall, fabulous house! We loved it!!

Beautiful Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: i had rented the place well in advance. When it came time to reconfirm I noticed I was to check in a day later, oops. The rental management was ever so accommodating they managed to get the day before added to my stay.someone left the water running in the pool so it was overflowing. That was the only thing which is minor unless one is paying the water bill. It was a mishap which did not affect our stay at all! Great location to the beach and local eateries.

Grayt for a weekend rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for us. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice property. The pool was lovely. There were 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the Casita out back. One of the bedrooms in the Casita smelled horrible and the AC did not work great. We did not make an issue of it because we only ended up using 2 bedrooms. The beds were not comfortable. They had sponge like mattresses that made them hot and uncomfortable. The property had bikes but we were not allowed to use them because "they belonged to the owner."
