Exceptional communication and a wonderful spot for a weekend stay with family. Amazingly close to the beach and dining areas, with plenty to do on the property as well. Above all, it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody traveling to Narragansett!

Wow! This beautiful beach “cottage” is awesome. It is spacious (we had 5 adults) yet it felt cozy at the same time. The grounds, deck, and multiple outdoor sitting areas are gorgeous and there is even shuffle board. Indoor and out, it is everything you’d want. Plus, you can’t beat the location-so close to the Town Beach. Great host! Everything was super easy.

Beautiful property, clean updated accommodations and appliances. Bug-free outdoor patio with shade umbrella was wonderful; games including shuffleboard were a big hit for this small-scale family reunion (3 generations, 6 people). Perfect for our get-togther; beach supplies were top notch! Wonderful host and hostess. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay within walking distance from the beach. Kathy and Steven were excellent hosts and very responsive to questions. We were traveling with kids and they helped us to make sure we had everything we needed for them. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent holiday stay

Perfect place to stay!

An ideal place for our family to enjoy getting ready for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, Kathy is friendly and helpful and has the house well equipped with everything we needed. Especially beautiful are the grounds. Loved every minute of our time there!
