Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2027.
This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods.
Close to state land, ATV & snowmobile trails. Short 30 minute drive to Lake Huron. 20 minutes to Gladwin, 30 minutes to Midland.
Our house is located on a acre of land with a surrounding forest. Also has 300 ft of waterfront on Wixom Lake.
Our large walk out basement will lead you a bonfire pit and the 300’ of waterfront property on Wixom Lake (water is estimated to come back by 2027).

Our home is a secluded lake front property that puts you in the heart of nature from the lake and forest only 2 hours from Metro Detroit, MI.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique for multiple reasons, 1 being it is a lakefront home on a lake that does not currently have water. Instead it faces out to a marsh like wetlands with a river running through until the water comes back in 2027. 2. It is located next to 200 acres of woods to give you the privacy and peace needed on an up north retreat.
