We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and perfect for me, my mom, and my 15-year-old daughter during our week-long stay for a track meet at the University of North Florida. The location was great—close to plenty of shopping and within walking distance of a fantastic Mexican restaurant that we enjoyed so much we went back several times during the week. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely book this property again the next time we’re in Jacksonville.

Impressed with the cleanliness and how convenient the location was to all we had to do. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the AC in the rental was great. Lots of little things (laundry detergent etc..) that made the stay comfortable. Would rent again!!

My mom and I stayed one night on a road trip. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and it was in a great location. It is very close to a train that was loud, but the last run was 11pm and then did not restart until 6:30 am, so we did get a good night's rest. I would highly recommend this cute little place!

We had a great stay in San Marco. The apartment was comfortable and cozy, well thought out for the space & guests. It was very clean and we enjoyed being there very much. We definitely recommend to others, looking for a nice cozy spot close to all of San Marcos downtown area.

Daniel, the host was very responsive. Anytime we had a question it took no time at all to get a response. The home match the listing and it was absolutely beautiful. The beds upstairs were so comfortable and having two bathrooms was a big plus unforeseen circumstances caused us to have to check out early and Daniel was very accommodating and it was much appreciated. This is a very good listing. You’ll definitely be very comfortable.

Overall, this rental was fabulous. The location, comfort of the beds, accessibility to San Narcos and more. Dan was very responsive and even bought us beach towels for the beach! Parking was different because it’s not next to the front door but it worked. I would stay here again in the future!

The house met our needs for two nights. The directions left by the owner regarding the property was very clear and friendly. We were disappointed having to kill a live roach inside the home ten minutes after arrival and then another the morning we left.
