We had a wonderful time at this cabin, checking in and out was as smooth as it gets. Cabin was in a good location between downtown oscoda, and downtown tawas. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. Would stay here again. Also stayed here during the history 104 degree July day, as well as the Canadian fires, the air conditioning helped immensely, didn’t hurt we were just minutes from Tawas state park beach.

The cottage was clean and well taken care of. We were in the area for a memorial service so did not spend much time there. If we had been there another night would have surely enjoyed the bon fire pit nd lounging outside. Our very only minor complaint would be that we do not have streaming services so navigating the TV late at night was a struggle without instructions. No central heating so the bedroom was cold but plenty of bedding to snuggle into. The sunrise was spectacular. We would stay again.

Clean and Cozy!

Such a cute cabin. The mattress was super comfortable. The couches were very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was fantastic.

Quaint and Quiet

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was well balanced between rustic and modern. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the fans. I didn't cook, but it looked stocked. A fun special touch was coffee from a local business in town. I was pleasantly surprised by a tea kettle with an assortment of teas. The enclosed front porch was perfect for reading a book and the couches were cozy. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful location, cozy cottage

Let me start by saying that I would absolutely stay again. The bed was so comfy. The sheets were heavenly!! The location was perfect. The price was affordable. Dog friendly! The fans and mini split ac worked phenomenally to keep us comfortable. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Full size fridge and stove made it easy to eat at home rather than eating out the whole weekend. Now the cons... The water pressure was so low, you can't really shower. Which was ok because we only stayed a couple days, but would have been tough if we'd stayed longer. It needs a pressure tank. The toilet flushing would nearly stop the water running in the kitchen for several minutes. There is also no washer/dryer but that was not a problem for us. Other than that, we really had a great time here. It was very relaxing and a beautiful area. We appreciate the cozy place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The pressure tank was just replaced so it must need to be adjusted. We will take care of that. We do not list washer or dryer in the listing so not sure how that is a con but you are correct there isn’t a washer or dryer.
