Regarding capacity, Summit is designed for two couples or a family with younger children, and our listing does reflect that. Because Summit is our mobility-accessible unit, the living room furniture was selected to be lightweight and easy to reposition for guests who use a wheelchair, which does limit the style of seating we can offer. That said, we are always looking at ways to improve guest comfort within those constraints. The water odour is something we understand can be surprising. Like much of Antigonish County, our wells have a high iron content managed with a water softener and filtration system. The smell is the result of iron reacting with oxygen in the water. The water is completely safe to drink, and running the tap typically clears it. We do mention this in the house manual, but appreciate the reminder that it may benefit from more prominence in our listing description.
