This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and "stuff" around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again.

Must stay at the property was very well. The owner made sure that I had everything that I needed and easy to access not having to worry to have a key or a place to stay. The place was very clean very private and gave me room and board close to work.

Clean and great proximity to Shaver Lake

Everything was very seamless and the room was spacious and everything was very clean! There’s not a whole lot to eat in this area but it’s worth its proximity to the Sierra National Forest. The neighborhood was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for everything!

The room doesn’t have tv,and doesn’t have the air conditioner setup right;I haven’t lived the window open all night,the noise the air conditioner cannot let me sleep,because the window is open I feel insecure me and my wife;I feel so disappointed,I only stay one night;I now I can’t ask to get my money back,but I’m never going stay in the place

Electricity went out multiple times. Very cold.

The electricity went out multiple times and when I tried to ask the owner to turn it on she didn’t respond. We had to go out in the cold to the front door and knock to get her to turn it back on. She told us we can turn it back on with the breaker box outside. She provided a little heater in the room that doesn’t do much because it’s winter and when the power turns off it’s no use. I have a 6 month old and she was cold I was highly upset. She has a nice property in a nice neighborhood and it was very clean. She did let us check in a hour early due to our flight coming earlier than expected.

We had business to attend so wasn't expecting much from such an affordable accommodation . But upon arrival we were met by lights and cameras upon entry into our living space. The room was too warm and when I adjusted the thermostat and it was quickly turned back up by the homeowner no sight of any other a/c unit which later was told they would have brought in to us. This unit is inside the host's famliy home not simply attached and not very private. We are very light sleepers and we were in a room below the host's home so we could hearing walking around upstairs that kept us up. We chose to find other accommodations due to the totality of issues. There was laundry offered in description as well as central a/c and portable a/c but a sign above the laundry equipment said for owner only. The home is in a nice area but the lack of consideration when explaining our grievances left us feeling cheated. We called VRBO and they were very nice but did not help with our problem. The bathroom is around the corner and down the hall which you walk by cameras to get to. The towels provided are tiny so if you a larger than a child bring your own. We have stayed at a handful of properties with no issues. Unfortunately this was a very poor experience. We didn't expect a full refund as we understand that there is a cleaning fee of 35. Not to say this setup wouldn't work for some but definitely didn't work for us. There were other accommodations in the area that a better choice for us.
