when i made the reservation it did not say anywhere that it was 2 chalets in one so we were a bit surprised by the size when we first arrived. It ended up working out ok but you need to make it clearer for other guests. Had I known it was a B, I would not have booked it. Especially when we had the Cardinal du Massif last year. You can imagine our surprise when we arrived.

Nous avons loué le 61B avec le SPA et ma femme et moi avons adorés. Superbe vu sur le fleuve de l’intérieur du chalet et surtout dans le SPA. Super propre et tranquille. À proximité de Baie St-Paul où il a tout (resto, bar, épicerie, station d’essence, etc… On va sûrement le relouer la prochaine fois que nous retournerons dans Charlevoix. :)

Beau chalet confortable. Instructions à suivre très claires.Bien équipé. Cependant , les planches à découper ont beaucoup servies et devraient être remplacées.Le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas.Petit problème avec le lave vaisselle. Il ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait à l'intérieur une accumulation d'eau nauséabonde.Le problème a été rapporté à la conciergerie (à 2 reprises) et même s'il nous ont dit qu'ils enverraient quelqu'un vérifier cela, aucun changement à la situation et aucun avis de la conciergerie.Nous avons eu un bon séjour car nous avons bien profité des montagnes environnantes. Cependant, nous aurions aimé avoir congé de vaisselle !!

En lisant l’annonce, j’ai eu l’impression que c’était toute la maison qui était à louer. Or, celle-ci est divisée en trois logements et nous avions l’étage du bas. Nous entendions des bruits provenant de l’étage du haut. La tuyauterie est aussi mal insonorisée; nous entendions l’eau couler lors de toute action des locataires du haut. Il manquait un outil pour éplucher les légumes. À part ça, tout était conforme à l’annonce. C’est un beau logement.

Endroit idéal pour relaxer après une journée sur les pentes! Superbe vue sur le fleuve, tranquille, hyper propre et quoi dire de la cuisine! Tout y est pour cuisiner de bons petits plats! Nous y retournerons certainement.

Super vue, belle espace pour relaxer après le ski. Nous avons malheureusement pas pu utiliser le spa puisque l’équipe d’entretien a effectuer un traitement pendant notre séjour. Cependant, l’équipe de location ont été rapide et disponible pour nous aider à trouvé une solution. Vraiment un excellent service et très réceptif. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour la propriété est vraiment belle et propre, elle est super bien équipée aussi. Nous avons profiter de la superbe terrasse pour regarder le fleuve et profiter du spa pour nous détendre après nos journées de visite chargée!Nous serions heureux de y retourner n’importe quand!
