Please throw all trash including bathroom. The dumpster is in the ally that says Bella Santi, East of the condo building.
If you parked in the garage, please leave the garage door opener remote in the mailbox left side as you exit the garage
Wash dishes, and throw trash if not a $50.00 will be added
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite Hours 10-pm 8 am / Trash must be taken out after check out or a fine of 50 USD will be applied
Local guest are not allowed in property
Guest needs to have prior stay with good ratings with VRBO or --------

Place was great. It’s even bigger than I thought. The check-in process was quite interesting and I’m not sure about the hand scan situation with the guy who owns the place lives on the property and he was awesome.

Nice place inside and next to the riverwalk was very nice.. Parking was unsatisfactory, i had to park in a public.parking a block away not in the apartment building. I was hoping for some view but it was stain glass and outside the window was the building next door wall and ceiling.
