Cute, quiet place in the north woods

Join us at our freshly remodeled 3 bed, 2 full bath house. Check out the old Quonset hut on site!
You’ll find a nice dining room/kitchen, full bath, bedroom and nice large living room on the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find a nice little gathering area, full bath and 2 bedrooms with a spectacular view of the back yard and barn next door.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the porch while listening to the birds sing.
Bring your atv, side by side or snowmobile and hop on the trail just down the road.
Bring your hunting, or fishing gear, and enjoy a stay in the beautiful north woods.
Enjoy some of what Iron River has to offer, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, trail riding, U.P. Championship Rodeo, Father’s Day Car show, Iron County Fair, demolition derby, go golfing at George Young Rec. Complex, or the Iron River Countey Club.

My wife and I are locals. We have been in Iron River just about our entire lives. We enjoy taking our kids on rides with our side by side. My wife has a passion for horses as well as our daughter.
We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy hosting. This house has been in the family for many decades and it is great to have it being used.

We like our quiet little community as our neighbors are friendly, and have been here for many years.

What makes this property unique

On site, you’ll see the old Quonset hut built by my grandfather. He used to use this as his repair shop, then later turned it into a wood working shop.
After some time and his passing, grandma used to restore her lamps and sell them.
Now it is used for storage and a cool land mark.
