Imagine waking up to breathtaking sunrises on the expansive deck of your private escape in the Ozarks! This spacious 3BR/2BA home boasts a large deck with a screened-in section, perfect for enjoying the magical play of colors as the sun paints the sky. Explore the beauty of the Mark Twain National Forest. A bit off the beaten trail, 4 miles to town and 40 acres to your closest neighbor. Not for everyone but heaven for some! There is a full sized Sert air mattress for 1 or 2 in the living room.

Washer Dryer, private driveway plenty of parking, it does get muddy in heavy rain. Use it as your own, treat it like Mom was watching.

Don't set thermostat below 70. The unit will freeze and you will be sad. The old girl keeps up pretty well. She's an air conditioner not a freezer.
