The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All waste including diaper pail and dog waste bin, must be removed from the premises and left inside the waste and recycle bins located inside the garage.
If the hot tub is left in unusable conditions, we will charge a one time dump fee of $290. If the hot tub keys are lost, a replacement fee for all keys in the lockbox will be required.
Additional fees will apply for any unauthorized late checkout beginning at 10:05 a.m., charged at a rate of $35 per cleaning staff member for each 30-minute interval.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

About the host

Originally from South America and raised in the Bay Area, I worked in the film industry for ten years before stumbling into vacation rentals. I create spaces that young families like mine can truly enjoy and feel welcomed in. I have two toddler girls and originally had 2 aging beagle girls. One of which crossed rainbow bridge and is now featured in my cabin in the woods.
Why they chose this property
I loved the tranquility of Lewis Creek and proximity to both Yosemite and downtown Oakhurst. It's secluded and yet so close, especially to Sugar Pine Railroad (for the littles and dogs alike) and only 10 minute drive to Bass Lake.
What makes this property unique
It's a mid century cabin with west facing sliding doors in the front facade. The cabin may be small as it's only a 2 bedroom and 1 bath home, however we do have a family room and plenty of deck space. The fireplace in cooler months is perfect for bringing warmth inside the livingroom and you can still enjoy the wood burning fireplace outside for making s'mores.
