Feel right at home with this spacious 2 bedroom + family room modern cabin centrally located in Yosemite Forks. Our cabin has your family's needs in mind. Created with infants, toddlers and dogs in mind, we have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With walking distance to Lewis Creek, the family will have a wonderful quiet location on a perfect summer day. The cabin is conveniently located 10 minutes drive north from downtown and 15 minutes south of the Yosemite south entrance, or stop by Bass Lake and enjoy their fireworks.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located in the back, with a family room, livingroom/dining room and kitchen in the front. A detached garage that's used for storage is located on the first level of the lot. Park up to 2 vehicles on the driveway and walk up the steps featuring a child friendly handrail and baby gate at the top. Our deck and our fire pit areas are fully fenced in, perfect for the littles and pups alike.

Yosemite Trip

I was extremely happy with the cabin - amazing amenities and super comfortable living space right in the heart of Yosemite. I strongly suggest renting this space for your family! The owner/renter is very helpful and friendly, and the space is beautiful!!!

Great House!

The house was amazing and had everything we needed as a family. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. It is a great location, close to the Yosemite south gate and Bass Lake. I highly recommend this place. The host was amazing and communication was easy and fast.

Originally from South America and raised in the Bay Area, I worked in the film industry for ten years before stumbling into vacation rentals. I create spaces that young families like mine can truly enjoy and feel welcomed in. I have two toddler girls and originally had 2 aging beagle girls. One of which crossed rainbow bridge and is now featured in my cabin in the woods.

Why they chose this property

I loved the tranquility of Lewis Creek and proximity to both Yosemite and downtown Oakhurst. It's secluded and yet so close, especially to Sugar Pine Railroad (for the littles and dogs alike) and only 10 minute drive to Bass Lake.

What makes this property unique

It's a mid century cabin with west facing sliding doors in the front facade. The cabin may be small as it's only a 2 bedroom and 1 bath home, however we do have a family room and plenty of deck space. The fireplace in cooler months is perfect for bringing warmth inside the livingroom and you can still enjoy the wood burning fireplace outside for making s'mores.
