Hello! We are from Miami Florida and we were looking for a beautiful waterfront area to retire. WE FOUND IT IN PINE ISLAND! 2 years after we bought it, hurricane Ian hit (just after I finished updating it). This is now a complete rebuild, with all the modern updates! It has been enjoyable to spend many weekends here and we are now excited to share with you!

Why they chose this property

Nice, quiet street, with beautiful waterfront homes, easy to get to Picnic Island, Sanibel, Cayo Casto, which are all great for kayaking, boating, fishing and beach days! Space for the family to enjoy fishing from the backyard, or hanging with friends enjoying the view!

What makes this property unique

Relaxing, updated, remodeled and UPGRADED! Has a boat lift, beautiful dock, with plenty of waterfront to enjoy!
