Down the mountain and through the woods you will go to experience the ultimate lakeside retreat at the charming Kings Place Cottage! Tucked away on a gently sloping lot at the base of Pryor Mountain, near point seven and The Narrows in quiet Salt Creek Cove, the cottage provides a peaceful escape with plenty of space for your family and friends. Enjoy the beautifully appointed primary suite with a king bed, and let the kids have a blast in the bunk room that sleeps five. Take advantage of the cottage's prime location mid lake and explore both the Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay end of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake or simply relax and soak in the peaceful views of the lake and woods.
The exterior is well appointed with a blackstone and gas grill, outdoor eating and seating spaces, firepit, two paddleboards and a swim mat. There is a large beach and a mooring anchor to tie up your personal watercraft.
Inside the cottage you will find plenty of space to sleep your family and friends and a well appointed kitchen. We have included all bed linens, towels (including beach towels), blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner to make packing an ease. Also included is a washer and dryer to prepare all the bathing suits for the next days fun!
