The home is closest to Sumter and Spanish Springs! Classy neutral design with all new carpet, new neutral paint, granite countertops/ huge living room area / closed in Lanai. Large kitchen with eat in breakfast nook. Master bedroom has 2 Walkin closets and double sinks! Each bedroom has a king or queen bed. There are a variety of citrus fruit trees in the backyard.

Great location a 9 minute golf cart ride to Sumter Landing. All new furniture and beds neutral design! Come stay for a while!

Boys golf trip

We loved the house. It was clean and spacious. Having the golf cart was a plus. It ran great and could seat up to 4 people. Great location. We’re planing our return trip.

Very pleased overall, nice house, clean, located close to everything. Gold cart was nice, had garage door remotes and a gate card to get in which was wonderful. One small issue that was handled immediately. Owners are very responsive and very friendly. We will be staying here again.

Amazing Property

The property owner was very responsive! Property was super cute and had dishes and pots and pans if you want to cook. Great neighborhood and golf cart included! Very clean and spacious.

The greatest place

absolutely wonderful place clean spacious very accommodating great neighborhood. The contact was great and no issues. Just absolutely unbelievable. We plan to come back and see him. I just can’t tell you can’t thank them enough.

We came in and the place was exactly like the pictures and very clean. There were no surprises. They provided coffee and several other small things to make this stay great. We loved the location where it's close to both shopping (walmart, publix, etc..) as well as to Sumter Square. We highly recommend staying in this house.

Beautiful home in The Villages

We were visiting family at The Villages and found this gem right in the neighborhood. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It was complete with all the basic needs including spices in the kitchen and coffee pods for the Keurig. The owner applied for visitor passes so we can use the amenities at The Villages and my family enjoyed playing pickleball at nearby courts. There was also a golf cart that is available for use - although we didn’t use it, it was nice to have the option. The owner responded quickly to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I want people to feel as though this is their home away from home. It beautiful and clean and so peaceful. There are plenty of things to do in the villages. The lifestyle is fun and everyone is happy. I refer to it as living at Pleasantville. Or it feels like the Love Boat. If you remember that show.

Why they chose this property

The Village of Tall Trees/Sumter county is a perfect neighborhood. It's about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Square and close to Spanish Springs Square and Brownwood. There is great restaurants and shopping very close too. We love that it's between the 66's. A perfect location for the 3 bedroom 2 bath Designer house.

What makes this property unique

I love that it's a designer home and everything is brand new with a very open floor plan. Its very spacious with a glassed in Lanai. There are two walk in closets in the master bedroom. Most of the rooms are high ceilings and vaulted . It feels so clean and spacious with all of the at home touches. It has everything you need.
