This fantastic unit is in the heart of some great restaurants and within 1 block of ISU campus! The unit is equipped to allow entry via code which will be provided shortly prior to your stay. The unit features a full kitchen, large living room with plush seating and a big screen television. Fast internet speeds. A large master bedroom with Queen size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed which is connected to a jack and jill bathroom with laundry. Note this is a 2nd floor unit- guests will need to be able to do stairs.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is excellent because the management is friendly and quickly responsive. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We think it is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. And the location was wonderful for us.

Best quality stay yet

First off, location is not quite perfect as it's right next to a main road. HOWEVER! This has to be the highest quality, best put together short term rental I ever stayed it. The atmosphere was fun and the layout was perfect for smaller groups. The large tub was luxurious, and everything about the whole unit was exceptional.

Cute new furnishings

Game for the state of Idaho high school music championships. No one in my family had ever been to state so it was totally exciting. This was within a half a block of Idaho State University’s campus. I could walk to Starbucks Albertsons everything within walking distance I didn’t rent a car.The host were quick to answer. I personally would like to have had the thermostat that I could control, but I understand how they would want to keep costs downI didn’t realize there was a little balcony outside that was covered and was quite pleasant in the mornings and afternoons.

Very nice and clean. Had extra welcome snacks which we didn’t have but it was a nice thought we appreciated. Check in and out was super smooth. Appreciated having standing fans in the bedrooms to make up for lack of ceiling fans. Would definitely stay here again!

We are two friends who grew up to have families and decided to become business partners. We enjoy loving on old homes and renting them out to guests, and using them for our vacations as well. One of our favorite activities to do in Pocatello is the nearby rock climbing that is available at Ross Park.

We liked the proximity to the schools and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This is a very walkable location. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property. Having a full service space is great for long term or short term stays and in Idaho a hot tub is fantastic after a long day!
