Backyard Social offers an unmatched tropical experience with its 3-course mini golf, plenty of space to enjoy outdoor ping pong and corn hole games, relax in the hammock shaded by palm trees and soft beach sand or soak in the Florida sunshine in the heated saltwater pool. When you're ready for some shade, there's ample space for everyone to move to the tiki hut bar and table to grill, watch tv and view the sun go down as the backyard lights up. If things start to cool off and you want to enjoy a nice hot soak, move over to the 7-person hot tub to relax.

Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. Most rooms, including the theater (living room) have a Roku TV (or Roku stick). You can sign into your personal account to use streaming services or use the local Roku channels (cable not included). All Smart TVs in the house offer some streaming without an account.

We have room for many families or friend groups to all be together. The bedrooms have luxury king size mattresses and some also have twin bunks included. From the outdoor games, water activities and tiki hut to the indoor game room as well as the large screen theater living room area, there is something for everyone to enjoy and have an amazing vacation!

Blue Dolphin Retreats wants to do everything it can to make sure your stay at Backyard Social is the best it can be. At check in, we will provide you with a digital guidebook of the property as well as attractions for you to enjoy in the area, if you decide to leave the property;). We are located in very close proximity to a lot of major attractions, go-kart tracks, mini golf, restaurants and many other activities.

Grill:
We do have a grill on site to use. In the event the tank wasn't filled up or was all used up by the previous guest. Just refill the current tank or grab a new one. Send us a copy of the receipt, and we will reimburse you for the cost.

**House Rules**

When booking it is assumed you have read and agree to this. The primary adult must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property during the entire stay. After booking, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement, upload a government issued ID and put a credit card on file after booking. 2 days prior to arrival a $300 hold will be placed on the card as a security deposit. This hold will be removed after the cleaners have inspected the property. This is the same procedure that hotels operate under. This is in place to help ensure the safe keeping of all the homes contents.
**Pool**
Guest may not at anytime touch or tamper with the pool equipment. Tampering or touching pool equipment is considered breaking house rules. This will result in termination of the stay with no refund.
**Game Room**
Do no attempt to open the garage door. This will cause damage to items located in the game room.

We don't allow outside Guests on the property at anytime. Parties or events are not allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed at this property
