Property was just what we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The only issue was the listing says 2 queen beds and there is only 1. So we had to go out and buy and air mattress

For the price good

If you like to cook bring your own supplies. There was a mess in one of the cabinets. There were bug traps everywhere but no bugs so I guess they're working. This place was a good value. If you want luxury go somewhere else. All that said I would stay there again.

Fresno

Communication with property owner was good and she provided supplies we needed. The place was filthy. The inside of the bathroom exhaust fan was disgusting, cover was under the sink and it was filthy, black mold in bathroom, moldy smell from kitchen sink, fan in bedroom was filthy, furnace vent was filthy, socks and feet were black after walking on floors, a water bug was in tub on the fifth day. NO smoke detectors.

There are lots of kids around and my wife’s car got broken into. Fresno PD never responded to make a report and I reached out twice to the host to explain that we might not be out by 11:00 because what had taken place, and they never responded.
