This is a 30 square meters, totally new and fully equipped studio on the first floor of a building conveniently located in Palermo Soho, the heart of the most trendy area in Palermo. 1 block away from Plaza Serrano. 32-inch flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, cable, telephone, air conditioner, kitchen and bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate two people.

This apartment is a few blocks of the BEST restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques and outlets! Near many means of transportation allowing easy access to the entire city. Also half a block from a supermarket! Super cute! Blocks away from Plaza Italia station (Subway Line D). There are garages and gymnasiums blocks away. To have an idea of the area, look for "Palermo Soho" in TripAdvisor.
