Wonderful location and space!

My family of 4 had a WONDERFUL time here! Location really is great, and space inside was perfect for my husband and me, with our 2 college kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms very roomy. Perfect little reading nook upstairs as well! Would stay here again!

So convenient Ocean Cove!

The best thing about this unit is the short walk to the beach. I love the proximity to the beach and there are no short cuts on amenities. The property is well stocked..I love that the 2nd br had queen sized beds and the master had a king..also the pool is right out the back door..again, the best part of this unit is where it is located..a very gracious host!

Great property - very comfortable and first floor nice and clean. Second floor could have used a little more cleaning attention. Looking worn in places but I’m sure it is heavily used. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Management very responsive.

Golf Trip

We stayed here and played RTJ, Arthur Hills and Harbour Town. Ideal location as first two courses were in premises and Harbour Town about 15 minutes away. Beach was a very short walk. Condo was nice. Looked like recent bathroom renovations and everything was clean and in working order. We would definitely come here again.

Wonderful Beach Holiday

The unit was exactly as advertised. We could not have asked for a better location. Short walk to the beach, general store, bike rentals and short drive to everything else. The place was clean, smelled nice and everything in working order. We have stayed in HHI for the past 6 years but have to say that this unit and location takes the cake. We had plenty of space for the entire family and loved having an upstairs to send the kids to. Would definitely stay again. Carl and Family - Richmond VA

Fantastic property and location! We’re coming back!

This was our 5th trip to HHI with our girls. They look forward to it every year. This is also the 5th place we have stayed and the only one we have booked again. Don and Nancy accurately listed their property and it was as clean and accessible as indicated. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick. We were able to come back for bathroom trips and making lunch to take back to the beach. The pool proximity is incredible also. Basically out the back door. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. Beds were comfortable! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Location, Very Good Condo, GREAT Host!

Absolutely LOVED the location. Can't be beat for the price especially. Truly a 3 minute walk from Condo door to feet in sand. Condo is really nice and not as dated as some indicate in reviews in our opinion - highlights: Comfortable beds (except pullout-see comment below) Very well-equipped kitchen-maybe the best we've ever had including nice pans for cooking! Beach chairs (7 of them) plus floaties for water and beach wagon, beach mat, and sand toys for kids! Comfortable living room furniture; great TV options for a rainy day. Steps from pool, but not noisy at all! And the host was the best! Don was quick to answer and very understanding of any needs and some unique circumstances we had. So appreciative of him! Two items to note that we wish were different, but adjusted: Shower in means ducking if over 5'10'' - not horrible, but just a note, especially if you happen to be really tall (like 6'4"+). Mattress on pull out in loft was not comfortable because you could feel the springs. Too much for my 12 year old daughter to sleep on, so we fortunately had an air mattress with us for travel that we put on top of the pull out and it worked pretty good. Highly, highly recommend and we will definitely look to book here again next time in Hilton Head. Thank you Don and Nancy!

Excellent accommodations! Hosts were very responsive to us. Only issue was a $25 charge for entry to property, which should be included on the online listing. Highly recommend.

back to 1970 ..

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here with clear instructions and friendly requests. Location is wonderful 10 steps from the pool, to cold to swim but lounge chairs are wonderful . A nice 3 min. walk to the beach from the house as well ! The house is a little dark due to big trees around it even on a sunny day , it’s also a little tired looking in some places but with the overal 1970 feel incl. the popcorn ceilings it has for sure charm , we enjoyed our stay !

This townhouse was very roomy, the beds were comfortable, place was clean and very nicely equipped with everything we needed. Owners were easy to contact and they quickly responded with any questions we had. Wonderful location, short walk to the beach.

Fall in HHI

We love going in Sept. the weather was perfect and not too crowded. Location of the condo was perfect. Near the Dunes House and The Beach. Condo is great ! Has everything you need and very clean. Hope to be back next year!

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this this place was perfect. We loved our stay. My husband is having knee replacement surgery next week and we were a bit concerned about the trip, but everything was absolutely perfect. We even hope to be able to book for next year at the same time. The area and the property was everything we could hope for and more. We had no idea when we booked the trip how stressed out we were going to be when we got there. The first night we slept a full 12 hours and never heard anyone or anything. I can honestly say we are now ready for this surgery at the VA. Thank you for having this property available for us to rent!!

Lovely Condo Perfectly Located

Wonderful condo with beautiful updates. Very comfortable to stay and well-stocked kitchen made everything easy. Short walk to the ocean, Dunes House, Palmetto Dunes tennis/pickleball, and everything you could want for a HHI vacation. Right next to the pool for the Ocean Cove development and great outdoor space to enjoy the lovely weather. Highly recommend it as a vacation rental!

Nice and close to the Beach

A very nice property that is clean and close to the beach. This is my 8th trip to Hilton Head this year and my 2nd trip to this villa. I always look first to see if this villa is available when I am booking a week in Hilton Head. You should also.
