Wonderful property!!

The location was convenient to Disney and all of the shopping and amenities in Kissimmee. We spent most of our time at Universal this trip, so the drive was a little farther. However, the distance was worth it because the property made the trip so much more relaxing. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We were able to eat most of our meals in the evenings on site and relax in a home instead of a noisy, tightly-packed hotel room. The apartment was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we could want. We needed to reach out to the owner to ask a couple of questions and got a very quick response. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Claudia for an Amazing place to stay... We absolutely loved staying at ur place and would rent from you again if we come back to Florida... We had a couple minor issues n when brought to her attention she was quick to help take care of them... Thank you so much for a Very Memorable family vacation

April 2025 2 week stay

Good location, close to shops and restaurants, bowling, go karts etc Nice outside area to sit outside and hear the birds of an evening.We only used the nearest pool, which was great for the kids. We didn't get around to using the larger pool or gym, but we had an access code. Easy to check in and Claudia was very quick to respond to messages and sort out any issues.Unfortunately not enough bath towels for 1 per person (we had 4 between the 6 of us), but they are cheap enough to buy from the local Walmart or bring with you.Maybe for future rentals you could leave a spare set of bed sheets in the property so there is no rush to get them washed, dried and back on the beds the same day?
