We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a fantastic location. We were close to everything! The pool can be heated but it took 2 days to warm up. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. This is a great place if you have a large group.

Great enjoyable stay

The first impression of this vacation rental is very unassuming. However, once you enter this home it is larger than it looks and you realize things are very new and beautiful. During our stay, we were able to utilize the washer and dryer the kitchen the pool, and fished off the dock. We actually caught a few fish and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening to enjoy our meals. We Would recommend anyone that requires a few bedrooms and space in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy the home amenities to rent this home.

Why they chose this property

We came to Estero for a wedding in 2016. Never heard of Estero or Naples - we had one free night from the wedding festivities and drove to downtown Naples. We stepped on the beach, saw the beautiful sunset, looked at each other and said 'Why are we in Jersey'? We got the bug to 'live where people vacation' and made the move one year later. Never regretted our decision!

What makes this property unique

This was my very first vacation rental property. The owner wanted to continue renting it as an annual and I told her that it would make a wonderful house to rent for short term vacations. I transformed the property into a comfortable home, equipped for families and groups who want to come and enjoy your beautiful town. It has been a successful rental since 2019. On September 28, 2022 it was completely flooded with Hurricane Ian. The house had to be fully gutted, renovated and furnished. It was back in business by November 2023. It is in a great part of town, walking distance to the beach, close to our popular Mercato and just a short ride to Downtown!
