2/2 DIRECT RIVERFRONT CONDO in the heart of Helen, GA. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 with 3 gas fireplaces, large deck with grill, private covered parking, Wi-Fi, 4 Amazon smart fire TV’s.

Enjoy a relaxing view of the Chatahoochee in Helen with your own river access. Located on the second floor with elevator access and directly on the Chattahoochee River, our condo is at the approximate midway point of town making this location walking distance distance in both directions to everything Helen has to offer including all the fun attractions (tubing, mountain coaster, mini golf, horse carriage rides, kids train tour ride, Festhall), the numerous and varied restaurants (traditional German, sports bars, steakhouses, Mexican food), snack & treat shops (chocolate & fudge, jerky, ice cream, pretzels, egg rolls, funnel cakes), and all the shopping!

The screened in deck offers those amazing river views year round, and during tubing season you get the built in entertainment of watching the tubers float by. Of course there is a grill to cook up the meals for your group, seating and dining space, and there is a TV on the deck for those who want to keep track of the games and the golf action!

The open living and dining and kitchen area has plenty of seating, a large dining table, a bar height table with stools behind the sofa facing the river and fireplace and the 55” tv, a pullout couch, swivel chairs to allow you to catch the activity on the river and the activity in the condo with your guests.

The kitchen looks over the dining and living area and has counter seating. It is fully equipped to prepare everything from a Thanksgiving feast to your morning Keureg coffee.

The slightly larger bedroom has private access to the deck with views of the river, a gas fireplace, a 50” TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a large whirlpool tub, walk in shower and double sink vanity.

The second bedroom has private access to a small “Juliet” balcony with views of the town, a gas fireplace, a 50” TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub/shower combo. This was by far one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. I’m extremely OCD and this property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Fabulous location with a beautiful view of the river. I loved the extra effort of the Christmas decor. Perfectly located a block away from Main Street, so the street noise was never an issue. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again.

The decore alone gives a relaxing feel. We were highly impressed with the amount of effort that is put into the amenities throughtout the entire condo with the little things that are normally forgotten throughout each room. With the way everything was set up we were able to feel at home which made our stay even better.

This condo was wonderful. Attention to detail and comfort was obvious as soon as we walked thru door. We appreciate all the little personal touches which made the condo home. I highly recommend this condo. Peaceful, walking distance to Helen Main Street, the sound of the river. And fireplaces in bedrooms was frosting on this Helen visit.

The unit was tiptop and well stocked. The owner decorated the unit and balcony for Christmas and made t feel welcoming. We had an issue with one of the fireplaces and Joe had his maintenance man there in an hour to address the issue and fix it.

My friends and I were in Helen for the weekend to celebrate our 5th year of Oktoberfest together. The location of the property was perfect and it had everything we needed. The host was also great! Two of us slept on the pull out couch and it was actually one of the more comfortable pulls outs we have slept on. Plenty of linens and pillows were provided. Our favorite hang out was the back enclosed porch. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Overall, perfect stay!!

Excellent Getaway

The cabin is very clean, cozy and very well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. We enjoyed the view of the river on the quiet screened porch. Joe responded to all of our questions within minutes. But best of all LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Short walk to everything Festhalle, shops, restaurants, tubing etc. Definitely will return!

This place is just Perfect

This sweet condo, is beautifully decorated, well stocked in the Kitchen & Bath. Perfect location to walk to everything, back porch was perfect to watch some football & enjoy the river tubing with a cold cocktail!!! The owners of this unit kept in contact with us to make sure we enjoyed our stay !! Definitely will come back Thank you

Great Place!

The location couldn’t be better. Walk right to the best restaurants, bars, and shops. Sit on the great porch and watch the river roll by. We loved watching all of the tubers having fun. Mornings on the porch were peaceful and the sound of the river was perfect. I’ve never been in a cleaner place either. The host was great and we really will be back.
