On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

We had a great experience. The view of the lazy river, water slide and sunsets from the balcony were wonderful! We will definitely book this unit again.

We could'nt ask for a cleaner, more comfortable property to stay at for two months. We extended our stay twice and the host was easy to deal with and very understanding. The stay was wonderful until about Friday when some new people came in. We were kept up all night with music and stomping coming from above us. I feel like the drinking by the pool areas should be watched a little closer.
