BEST VIEW ON THE BEACH !!!!

Enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf and perdidio pass from the balcony. Relax on the covered deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets as the fishing boats return through the pass. This condo has been newly remodeled with kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops throughout including both bathroom's . Master bedroom has a new 50 " flat screen tv mounted on the wall for enjoyment after the sun goes down. Spare bedroom has 2 queen beds and full bath. The main living room contains new furniture including a pull out sofa bed, new dining table and a 42' plasma tv for watching movies after a fun filled day in the sun.

Great Location

Very nice location. Beautiful views. Watched Perdido beach fireworks from our balcony. I have never been so close to such an awesome fireworks display. It was amazing! Beach access and amenities were great. Condo had everything we needed for an effortless beach vacation.

We had a great stay here. Mike was great to communicate with and made sure we had all we needed when we arrived. It was a great view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. The kids loved it here. We will be back.

Everything about this condo was great! We loved that it’s tucked in a corner away from the elevators. Very quietly and clean! Super easy access to the beach and great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Fantastic Condo

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean with comfy beds and plenty of living space. The balcony is large with amazing views of the inlet and Gulf. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend this location!

We arrived and the condo and location were perfect. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit for coffee before the beach days. The communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and very kind. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, master bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. We decided to extend our stay a couple of days and the owner was very helpful and accommodating during that process. We will definitely plan to stay here during our next beach visit.

Homey Gulfview!!

My family and I (5) were on vacation in gulf shores and wanted to stay a few extra days close to where we already were and this unit was available! The host was quick at responding and so helpful providing information! The unit was well described, super clean and gorgeous homey view of the gulf! Amenities at the Phoenix East were perfect for my young children (separate 3ft pool and access to splash pad next door)!! Thankful the host allowed us to reserve his beautiful condo!

Great condo and location.

Overall it was a great stay. We checked in around 8 pm and the office was closed. We had to go to another Phoenix to get our parking pass for the night. That was inconvenient. Then they wanted to charge me again because they couldn’t find my name. Overall it was resolved and I got pass. Condo has a great view. Nice amenities. A public area bathroom would have been nice in condo but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Nice pool and easy access to beach! Felt very safe too traveling with all women.

Just right

Me and a friend just needed a short beach getaway, this condo fit perfectly. The space was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. There was toilet paper provided but we brought our own as well. Access to the beach and amenities was without hassle as we were right on the water. My only somewhat gripe is the hospitality of the night staff, they were not the friendliest sorts, or that available. Aside from that, the pictures are exactly like the condo and we had not one issue during our stay. We will be booking again next year.
