Gorgeous and huge house!

The house facilities include a basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool and a training gym. There are also tableware available for the visitors, making the stay very convenient and comfortable.

I strongly caution other hosts before accepting this guest. My home was professionally cleaned and personally inspected immediately before check-in, with photo and video documentation verifying its condition. Within the first day, the guest made numerous claims about the property that were inconsistent with the documented state of the home. I arrived in person within minutes to address each concern, and all issues were resolved on the spot. Despite these efforts and the fact that I extended complimentary services and valuable items well beyond any hosting obligation, the property was left with significant damage, including a broken chandelier, stained mattresses, and other cleanliness problems not present prior to arrival. Following checkout, the guest’s communications included statements that I reported to VRBO for review under their extortion policy. In my professional opinion, this reservation resulted in high risk, financial loss, and a considerable time burden. I would not host this guest again and recommend other property owners proceed with extreme caution.
