This delightful beach cottage, featuring three bedrooms and situated right on the oceanfront in Surf City, offers stunning views of the sea. Recently updated, the home boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops, along with tasteful furnishings and décor. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, ideal for children. Breathe in the fresh salt air while relaxing on the oceanfront deck, which provides private access to the beach. The oceanfront deck includes a brand new outdoor shower hot and cold shower. On the oceanfront deck you will also find a pergola complete with a picnic table underneath for outdoor dining.

Perfect Topsail Vacation!

We had the best experience with our stay. When we arrived, the home was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was meticulously cleaned, and thoughtfully designed down to every last detail. It was very spacious for our family of four, with two teens and our dog. Communication was excellent and the team was responsive to any question we had. We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Like home away from home!

This house is perfect and so is the location on Top Sail/Surf City. The house was newly renovated so it was clean and fresh. The rooms sizes were great for us and our guests. The beach is literally steps away from the deck. Everything about this house, this city/town and our stay was perfect. I hope this place remains a little hidden gem! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place!

We were so impressed with the cottage! It had been newly renovated and has new appliances! And the location is absolutely fabulous! Right on the beach with your own private beach access! We would definitely consider vacationing here again! The only thing we would change is to add another bathroom. With four adults, having only one bathroom made it a little difficult but everything else was great!

Perfect Beach Retreat

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the bright and beautiful environment, inside and out. Everything was perfectly in order. It felt like it was all brand new. Full view of the beach and dunes from kitchen, dining and living areas. Loved having direct access to the beach. After many years of vacationing on Topsail Island, this was our first time renting a home on the beach. Planning to return next year to this wonderful island home.

Perfect beach cottage!

This home is listed as a beach cottage. However, it presents itself more like a small home. Since I was on a solo beach break, I only needed room for myself. Being a taller guy, a king size bed would have been nice, but that was offset by the awesome beach sounds and view. You simply cannot get any closer to the sand than this place. It's also only a short 3 miles south of the bridge coming onto the island. I will definitely keep this place on my list for repeats. :)
