A dream in nature – a house on a shallow hill in a small community where the neighbors live in harmony with nature. Howler monkeys, hummingbirds, garrobos and other animals live wild and free. Feel welcome in a quiet neighborhood in Guanacaste, only 4.5 km from Playa Junquillal or Playa Callejones. A perfect home for your vacations and to start great trips in the area.
Here you are in an area that still is almost originally Guanacaste. Pure flora and fauna around you, no big hotels, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and you can still meet locals on horseback and cattle on the street like in the past...

I was a german workaholic, project and destination manager, was traveling a lot... but since I was a child I knew „One day I will leave Germany“. 2015 it was time, my first steps in Costa Rica and crashed in love in the country since the first second. 2017 I bought a lot and did successive everything to create my new life here. Now I am married with a local „Tico“ and we have a wonderful family. Long story short: I love to give people an opportunity to feel home in nature, feel free and to know the green heart of America with typical, traditional, local circumstances.
Why they chose this property
With the first step I felt: This small space of our earth is especial for me. The neighborhood is full of nature, hummingbirds and howler monkeys are living around there. For me a magic place. Only some minutes by car to 3 beaches nearby (Playa Junquillal, Playa Blanca, Playa Callejones), good connection to the next cities (Santa Cruz, Tamarindo), only 1 km to the next supermarket...
What makes this property unique
The house you rent is part of an almost 7.000 square meter lot surrounded by nature. To maintenance the property well, there is a gardener working in the morning, usually 3 days. We have fruit trees and other wonderful gifts of our earth like lemon, orange, bananas, papayas, mangos, pineapple, avocado, guava, ginger, oregano, cucumber, mora, star fruit, juanilama etc. The property is in the heart of a private project with a private road, nature lovers and a safe neighborhood.
