The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building

Unit 2203 is located on the 2nd floor (accessible via elevator) and has huge 12’ tall windows

Six adults can be accommodated in this 3-bed, 3-bath unit. Each bedroom offers 1 king bed and is en-suite with its own bathroom

The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering

Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels

Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit

Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed

Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available

Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm

Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!

Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.

If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! The Natchez Vacation Rentals offers 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, some of which offer their own private hot tubs and/or balconies! Feel free to reach out to us for links to our other VRBO listings.

Great Spot

Beautiful clean place in perfect location just off Canal Street. Close walk to Bourbon and French Quarter but far enough away to be quiet and serene.

Great condo

At first felt a bit sketchy area coming down an alley because it was 1030 pm when arrived, but it actually was in a good area. Front desk workers were super nice. Would stay again!!!

Our stay at Natchez was enjoyable. The staff were kind and informative. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There is construction on the street outside so access is somewhat compromised and dirty. Otherwise the location is good.

Great location!

The Natchez has a great location making it easy to get to all of the local attractions. The staff were great and the set up of the property is amazing. The pool is just what is needed after walking around Bourbon Street. The rooftop grills make it convenient when you want to have a meal "at home". We would stay again and recommend The Natchez to any friends and family planning on visiting New Orleans.

The location of The Natchez is perfect--just across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Close to the streetcar stop if you choose to take it, but also within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street. Natchez Street is a small side street, so the entrance to the property is pretty nondescript, but once you step inside, it's beautiful! The smell hit me first; it smells soooo good! Everything about the inside has such a cool vibe. The contemporary artwork is beautiful. The rooms are really modern, comfortable, and very clean. But the very best thing about the Natchez is the staff. They are world class. Prior to our check-in date, I inundated them with questions about everything from how to catch a streetcar to where the closest bakery was that made deliveries. They were on top of every question and even offered a lot of information that I hadn't even thought of to ask. They really were phenomenal. If/when I go back to NOLA, I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful space --excellent location!

We loved the Natchez. We walked to the French Quarter and even up St. Charles and felt very safe. Lots of fun coffee shops, a great grocery store (Rouses) and fun restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable with the exception of the pillows (could be softer) and the rooms were beautifully dark. The only drawback to this property was how much street noise you can hear from the bedroom off the kitchen. I would definitely rent here again.

Not for family or long-term

Stayed here for two weeks while dropping daughter at college. Learned that this is NOT a place for families and long-term stays. This is a weekend party spot for 20 and 30 somethings. So the noise level on the weekends was crazy - and considering COVID, not very safe. 1. No maid service - maid doesn’t come during the week - not even to clean common areas. We had to ask that they clean the elevator. We went to the pool and didn’t feel comfortable getting in. 2. Most uncomfortable furniture ever. Not for folks over 45. Very low to the ground 3. parking - the lot across the street is $11 an hour. There is street parking available during the week, but tough on weekends. 4. Amenities in condo - not too bad...enough dishes, etc in the rooms. Got three coffee pots and none worked. 5. For COVID, we had to provide names of who would be in the condo. Upon check-in, we had to prove that only these folks would be here. Based on weekend activity, this was not upheld. The reception staff was young and very responsive. The location is great.

It is our utmost goal to provide an amazing experience to all of our guests, and we apologize for missing the mark. You are right that we require and enforce strict maximum occupancy limits for our units by requiring guest names upon check-in, and employing security that cross checks at the door via guest list. Our 4-bedroom units have a maximum of 10 guests per unit, so you may have seen some groups of 10 people, but please rest assured that we strictly monitor that no group exceeds this maximum. Our reservation system at the pool and other shared outdoor spaces also allows each group to have exclusive use of any area during their reserved time, and does not allow large gatherings over 10 people to occur. The health and safety of our guests as well as our employees is extremely important to us. Please rest assured that we have daily housekeeping staff that cleans and monitors the public areas throughout the day. In addition, we regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles and elevator buttons throughout the day. We apologize that you didn’t see this happening – our staff is trained to be quiet and discreet when possible! The Premium Parking lot across the street from us offers 24-hour parking for approximately $30 per day, which is quite competitive for the area, as the downtown area tends toward $40-$50 for overnight parking. Our front desk staff also offers information about more budget-friendly overnight parking within a 10-minute walk from our front door. We truly apologize if this information was not made available to you. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any issues that you experienced during your stay. We would love for you to give us another chance to make it right, and provide the 5-star experience that we are known for! Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions.

New Orleans great stay!

The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was super clean and in a great location. Our two kids were able to spread out and have their own spaces and bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and easy walking distance to the French Quarter. Check out was super easy unlike some VRBO’s. We just packed up and left like a hotel. The beds were all very comfortable and the a/c worked great. I would for sure stay here again.

Great Mardi Gras stay

Traveling with two other couples, the Natchez was the perfect choice. We had a 3 bed/3 bath unit with private hot tub. The kitchen was a nice addition as well as the washer & dryer. Decor was excellent. Beds were soooo comfortable. Walk to French Quarter was easy. The showers left a little to be desired— they had body sprays, rain shower, and flood options, but it was hard to find the right temperature and water combo. Just stick with a basic Speakman and it’ll be perfect!

On-site helpful concierge-manager all the time. Year-round heated pool/hot tub. New kitchen appliances with everything you need to cook. 10 min. to French quarter, WWII museum. Restaurants all around.

Everything as expected

Great location. Walking distance to French Quarter. Parking is expensive, but secure. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great place for the group to relax between outings. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Beautiful contemporary and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at the Natchez. The location is perfect for easy access to the quarter. The units are lovely and you can reserve parking directly across the street. A couple of notes: noise carries from the street if your bedroom is on the street wall (so if collecting garbage or folks are loud in street, it definitely can be heard); you can hear footsteps from the unit above which is not an issue during the day, but can pose some problems if you're sleeping directly beneath and they come in late; and, for some reason the fan/light can be changed if there is a control in another area or unit (couldn't figure out which or if this was really the case), but light came on unexpectedly and fan speed would change without us touching the control. Just something to be aware of but I would still stay at The Natchez again if visiting New Orleans. We had both of our kids and their spouses with us and it worked well for all of us.

Great place to stay, good location, and New Orleans was awesome. Will go back and would stay at the Natchez for sure. Love to see a dresser added to the bedrooms, otherwise things were great!
