Stay in this comfortable cottage and live like a true local in Alton. We're minutes from the majestic Eleven Point River. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen and living room. We have recently made some improvements related to feedback from past guests, with a new hot water heater, window blinds and a new queen mattress. Take your morning coffee to the wrap around deck and enjoy the more than half acre yard, Wi-Fi, self-check-in -- we've got everything you need!

Nice place, convenient to Eleven Point

The place is old but has been updated. It is mostly quiet (except the hound dogs howling in the morning). The deck is nice to use but needs to have railings painted. (Our clothes kept getting paint pieces on them. Sara was easy to communicate with. The kitchen had many things you need. Need more spoons (only two and we need more for dinners and for making dinners). One can opener works the other does not.
