***We are looking for a MINIMUM 3-month stay and 4-month MAX. We only rent out in the Winter months (December-April) to one family. The rest of the time our family enjoys the condo. Constant home-cleaning, disinfecting and inside pest control is done. The safety of my family and tenants are paramount. Please rent in confidence, we are here to make your stay your home away from home. Stay Safe!***

This lovely 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom condo is found in East Naples and just off I-75 and Collier. Quiet community of Sherwood. 3 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath home is a needle in a haystack. You cannot find a more affordable newly furnished home with 3 Bedrooms in Naples! Condo offers, new Wood Flooring , new Air Conditioner, NEW Furniture throughout, NEW Rugs, Freshly painted, new Hot water Tank, new Mattresses, NEW Roof Tiles, Impact Glass Window throughout, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, Washer and Dryer in Unit, Attached One Car Garage. Condo is located on the 2nd floor. This Community offers Club House, (1) NEW Tennis Court, (4) NEW Pickle Ball Courts, Exercise Room/Gym and 2 Social Pools. Free WiFi provided in the condo unit. Vaulted ceilings. Entire condo has 1,657 square feet. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2nd Floor unit.

Minimum 90-day Rentals only from December through March (and April if needed)
NO Daily/NIghtly Rentals.



Sherwood is a very quiet neighborhood. Truly a great location. About 12-14 minutes to the best Naples beaches. 17-20 minutes to Marco Island. Less than 11 minutes to the very popular 5th Avenue Restaurants and Stores and The Mercado.



Balcony provides a beautiful view of the Lake and a Western sky view with gorgeous Sunsets. There is also a sitting area in the balcony that is actually indoor/air-conditioned. Mini refrigerator.

Great condo, great neighborhood, great location.

The condo is roomy, the view is great, the location is very convenient to Naples and many good restaurants and activities. Very nice and convenient pool and exercise facility and pickleball courts. Carlos was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful condo and stay in Naples!!

Our experience in renting from Carlos and Elaine could not have been any better. Their condo is decorated very nice (and beachy) and the neighbors are friendly and respectfully quiet. If we had any questions or issues, Carlos was immediately responsive and helpful. This made our months here pleasant and relatively stress free. In fact, we love the neighborhood so much that we are looking at purchasing our own condo!! Many thanks to Carlos and Elaine for their friendliness and helpfulness during our stay.

Nice property with great owners

We enjoyed our winter stay in this quiet, friendly neighborhood in Naples. The location afforded us quick access to downtown Naples, and Marco Island. Everyone in the community was friendly and helpful. The rental was close to the pool, exercise room and library. Carlos and Elaine are terrific owners. They are quick to respond, and helped us (immediately) with one minor plumbing problem. An excellent winter retreat. Terry and Dee

Lovely condo in a great location

We spend the winter here is Naples and have to say that this condo, with it's lovely furnishings, was just perfect for a great vacation. We are most impressed with the décor and the friendly neighbors. We walk every day and found that the shaded walking path around the circle very accessible. The pool and the mailbox are only steps away. I also enjoyed the exercise room for a quick workout. Most importantly, the location is the best. You are only 15 minutes from 5th av. and the beaches. Don't miss the sunset, with a glass of wine. We could often sit on the lanai with the glass doors open, and it was just like being outside. Carlos and Elaine are very accessible and prompt with return text. They are also very generous, we certainly enjoyed the welcome basket. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect condo in a great community

Very nice condo with modern and tasteful furnishings. Well equipped, including beach chairs and bikes. Very good quality 60" TV and high speed internet. Perfect location on East Naples. Close to beaches, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The owner, Carlos, excellent host and extremely easy to reach. Just a text away, and immediately provides a solution to any problem. We had just a couple of glitches (TV and a minor plumbing issue) solved by the next day. Pool is steps from the condo. Sherwood is a very friendly community and we highly recommend it. Naples is paradise and your stay in this condo will complete the picture.
