Additionally, all of our homes receive regular professional pest control treatments as part of our preventive maintenance program. While Florida's warm climate can occasionally result in insects appearing, especially after rain or during seasonal changes, we always respond promptly to any concerns reported by our guests. Regarding the pool, our pool service inspected it and confirmed that it was clean, safe, and fully available for use. The only debris present consisted of a few small leaves and particles that naturally fall from the surrounding trees and occasionally from the pool enclosure screen. This is common in Florida's outdoor environment, but the pool itself was in excellent condition and perfectly suitable for swimming. As for the gecko, Florida is well known for its abundant wildlife, and geckos are a normal and harmless part of the local ecosystem. They are commonly found outdoors throughout the state. We always recommend keeping exterior doors closed to help prevent them from entering the home. While they are completely harmless, we certainly understand that guests prefer not to find one indoors, and we completely agree. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
