******** Pet Policy ********
We allow up to two small dogs (each weighing no more than 30 lbs) in our unit from October 1 to April 30. Per Ocean City's animal policy and regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at any time between May 1 and September 30. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.

There is a $60 pet fee for guests bringing pets.

You will need to provide your own linens (sheets and pillowcases) for the beds, plus towels, and toiletries. Initial supply of toiletries are provided but you will need to provide your own supply for the duration of the stay. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided.

******** Booking Requirements ********
- Weekly Rentals: June 20th through August 29th requires weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the off-season.
- You must be 25 or over to rent with us. We do not rent to high school seniors.
- Copy of a valid photo ID of primary renter is required to confirm the booking.
- Renters must agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and must be e-signed within 48 hours of booking.
- Renters agree to abide by all house rules & policies, including no smoking or vaping inside the unit.
