Perfect vacation for your family at Beachview Condominiums!  This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is in the newer building at Beachview which fully faces the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy the warm gulf breeze from the balconies.  Access the beach by opening the sliding glass doors which face the gulf and walk down the rear balcony steps to the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.  The living room is decorated in beach casual colors with two comfy sofas and an overstuffed chair to sit with family and catch up on the day's happenings.  Enjoy watching television on the wide-screen TV also in the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances and everything that is needed to prepare fresh meals for the family to enjoy.  Gather around the large dining room table which seats 8 and catch up on the day's beach activities.  The master bedroom features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with soaking tub, and a work desk for those who need a space to work with a view of paradise.  Guest bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed and a 1 twin.  Guest bedroom 2 also has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.  The laundry area has a washer and dryer to wash laundry as needed.  Enjoy the amenities of Beachview including a swimming pool and tennis courts. ***Saturday to Saturday - 7 night stay during Peak Seasons (6/1 to 7/31) **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
