Nice 3 bed 2 bath Wausau area,
We have a nice 3 bed 2 bath home in Rothschild Wi. Just remodeled and ready to go. Sleeps 6. Awesome for mom and dad and the kids. Skiing / Balloon fest/ Chalk fest/ Concerts on the square/ Kayak races downtown Wausau. Nice park 1block away, Public swimming pool 4 blocks away. Grocery Store 5 blocks away, Its a nice quite neighborhood. 2 nice lil taverns to enjoy a drink and a game of pool or darts. Rib Mt. State Park and Granit peak Ski area is less then 10 minutes away. They have some of the best hiking trails and views in Central WI. And in the winter months Granit Peak is arguably the best ski hill in WI. with over 70 runs. We live next door, so if you need anything we are a knock on the door or a phone call away. With a 1/2 fenced in large back yard, and plenty of room for yard games/ firepit/grill provided, you can enjoy a evening in your back yard. We have just finished remodeling, June 2024. Brand new furniture/ beds/bedding/dishes/ pots& pans/ washer& dryer/ added a new shower and bathroom in the basement for your convenience. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this unique 2 story home.All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
