Superb Waterfront Townhome with Pool- Steps to Beach
Summary:
This 2-story townhome is located in a boutique, 10-unit complex on Sanibel’s prestigious and highly desired East End. You’ll enjoy the Sanibel Lifestyle in this newly remodeled residence that is just steps to the beach with deeded access, a heated pool, a level 2 electric charger, and pickleball/tennis courts. Positioned on a direct access canal with dock, manatee and dolphin are frequently seen frolicking off the back of the townhome.
The Space:
This residence is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to eight people. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with rainhead shower. The second bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed. The sunroom offers a full-sized daybed with twin trundle bed. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a 65” 4K TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, sand toys and boogie boards, and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is located on the canal with direct Gulf access and is a short five to ten-minute walk to the sand from your door. There is an assigned parking space located directly in front of the unit.

Guests are provided access to the whole residence, heated community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and beach access. As well as dockage behind the unit if needed.

We recommend bikes or a rental car
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as we are needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity
