This place was everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We did have difficulty checking in, though. We got in late and were having trouble getting the key pad to activate and we weren't certain which building it was meant to be. Edgar was available late at night to help though! Overall it's a nice little place with all of the essentials, and the host is communicative.

Driveway is way to narrow, scuffed 2 of my rims driving off edge. Upto 6” drop from pavement with impossible tight turns. Lighting is all or nothing. Separate lights in kitchen area would be nice.

The suite was ready and clean when we got in and the bed was amazing!!! After a busy ten days all we wanted to do was relax and we certainly was able to do that here with minimal distractions. The location was isolated but next to the Upper Tampa Conservation park which was great to walk around in the beautiful weather.

Overall, it fit expectations. Don’t expect any flexibility on the rules here. Ask for early check-in (before 4pm), host will want 25/hr. Checkout is 10am, and the cleaner rolled up on the dot.The outdoor fire pit doesn’t work…not a critical detail to our stay though.
