Welcome to our amazing, warm home: A 3BR/2.5 BA house in Chula Vista. A gem that has been fully furnished! It is centrally located and close enough to enjoy the pulse of the city beat yet nestled far enough away to make personal memories in quiet neighborhood streets, a nice and safe location.

Nice house, 5 minute car or bike ride to Southwestern College where we had a swim meet for 3 days. Very nice rooms, kitchen and setup for our stay. If our meet is in Chula Vista next year, we will be back!!

Home Away From Home, Close to Everything, Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

Our 2 night weekend stay was really enjoyable. Everything in the house was clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet both nights. Lots of stores near by to get gas, groceries, etc. Only 30 minutes away from Seaworld and very close to other San Diego attractions. The communication with the host and the house is A+++. Thank you for sharing your house with us, our experience was really good!

Chula Vista House

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3BR 2 1/2 bath house. My 2 teens and I booked this house for our annual San Diego trip and it was perfect. Chula Vista had plenty of good food for our dinners, and was a short drive to the beach and Balboa Park. We also were just a few minutes drive from the train station, which took us straight to Petco Park without having to worry about finding and paying for parking. The owner kept in close contact, so we knew she would be easily accessible if we needed (which we didn't - everything was perfect). The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We definitely hope this house is available for our next summer SD trip!
