It was a great stay! We found the house to be better than the photos. Awesome location, not too far from restaurants and grocery but pretty secluded feeling. Great beaches.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the unit is was fantastic. It was very comfortable indoor and out. We weren't even sad when storms kept us indoors one of the days. They are very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Beautiful house with everything we needed. The stairs to the house made unloading and loading with little ones hard. We rented a golf cart to drive on the beach which was great due to walking a little ways to the beach access. The house is in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion in Port St. Joe

The location is ideal if traveling to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, and Apalachicola. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Ample parking onsite.

Great location on quiet beach

Just one house back from the beach, you can see and hear the water from your deck. Easy access to the beach and not nearly as crowded as other beach areas. Updated and nice accommodations. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and our 4 children enjoyed a week long stay at Bella’s Dream house, and it was indeed a DREAM! The house fit our family perfectly and the location was amazing! The house was immaculately clean! The management team were a breeze to work with! We were originally due to check out on Friday morning, but decided we wanted one more night. When I reached out to the team to see if this was an option, they took care of everything very promptly! We will definitely be back to stay at Bella’s Dream and look forward to working with the New Wave team in the future!

Beautiful Home, quiet neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week with my family. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. Large kitchen that was well stocked. The balcony was the favorite spot in the morning and in the evening, beautiful views of the beach. Lots of outdoor furniture. For future guests; If you plan on cooking you may want to bring some cleaning supplies and extra kitchen towels. The coffee pot is a regular one. The pictures show the outdoor cargo elevator but it is not for the renters use.

This was a beautiful house. Easy to get to Port St Jo, St George Island and Apalachicola. The beach was not crowded (however 200 yards is very misleading) The public beach access is a bit of a walk with no beach access near the house. The deck was great for listening to the waves. The accommodations however were less than desirable. No extras that you would expect for the cost. This was no better than staying at a cheap motel. Cheapest toilet paper and only one roll per bathroom. One roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag in the kitchen and the showers weren’t clean. Our sheets didn’t fit the bed and were scratchy and see-through. For the master bath there was only one towel big enough for an adult and the rest of the towels were small and threadbare. No coffee just filters when we checked in and no laundry supplies at all. The feel was not homey.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this rental! It was super spacious and clean. Beautiful home. The A/C was set on 76 or 78 when we got there. It took probably 5-6 hours for it to cool down. Once it was cool, it stayed that way even when keeping it on 72. It would have been nice to have been able to use the lift to get groceries and luggage up and down. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected. If we stay here again, we will rent a golf cart. The deck was AMAZING! We sat out there a lot especially at night. We would have liked to have a little more seating or more comfortable seating in the living room. Also, not being able to cast to the tvs or log in to your own Netflix or Other app to watch tv sucked. Luckily the weather was great and we weren’t there much but if there had been a rainy day, we would have been super upset. There were not many towels, wash cloths, or dish towels. We ended up going and buying some. The beds were superb! And the shower in the master was so amazing. All in all it was a great place!

Beautiful home, loved staying there

3 adult couples. The good and not so good, but a strong 5 Star. New quality home. Wonderful back deck that has a good view of the beach. The master is perfect, king bed, double vanities, high shower, large closet. The kitchen is perfect also, new appliances and the wine cooler really adds to the stay. We put all our drinks in the wine cooler and this gave us plenty of room in the fridge. Very nice gas stove and really good cook ware. 2 BR are nice, but be aware, neither have a closet. The lift is not available to renters due to insurance purposes, didn’t like that. The house looks like a two story, but it is a lot of stairs due to the bottom floor being very high. There is only 1 entrance to the beach and it is probably about 80 yards from the house. You can rent or bring a golf cart or a UTV but if you bring your own, you need to get a beach permit ahead of time. There are a lot of trucks/jeeps and carts on the beach. We were there during the fourth, but it was still not too busy to enjoy. If I were being picky, I would say the kitchen trashcan should be larger and there needs to be a cordless vacuum to keep the floors clean. The only thing we had available was a small broom. Also, the week we were there the water was very sandy and gray, not clear and the sand is not white like some of the beaches. We don’t know if it’s this way all the time or not. The only thing I would do different is bring a cart for the beach
