Barrier island beauty- Sunrises, sunsets from ocean to bay.
This is a couples or family home. Small pet friendly. (We provide a kayak, paddle boards, bikes), beach walks, swimming, fishing and more. Great local restaurant and store. Outdoor shower after the beach or indoor bath, then grill on the comfortable deck. Take ferry to island. The best open air ride. 60 minute train ride to Manhattan. Best of both worlds. Bring your friends or family to this great seasonal area.

Close windows, turn off any fans, lock door but BE SURE to put key in conch by the flower box, side gate is closed, chain through the bikes, bbq propane off,
Double bag garbage. please be sure the lid on the garbage is tight with both bungee cords
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
