The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Disconnect all appliances from the countertop and turnoff ceiling fans. Recycling items( glass, aluminum and plastic directly into the blue recycling can without bags.
Please leave the glass screen door off the kitchen unlocked and the wooden door between game room and hallway unlocked.
My cleaning staff uses these doors to gain access to our home. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking , parties, or pets allowed. Due to allergies and health issues related to pets. At this time I am unable to accommodate service pets.
Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sands prior to entering our home and using bathtub to avoid clogging drain and incurring additional repair costs
Additional guests fees $100 per person/ per night. Only registered guests allowed. If guests violates rules reservation terminated without a refund.

Great Home!

The only complaint I have is that it is directly on the corner, which makes it difficult to come into driveway. People almost hit me and I had to drive around the block. Other than this, the home was beautiful and spacious! It was VERY clean! I requested an early check in and they obliged the request. They are very friendly and personable!

Fun getaway

Just got back from a very mini vacation in Belmar. I had never been to Belmar before. My 86 year old mom (who is magically battling stage 4 cancer) my sister and myself had such a wonderful trip. The accommodations are an excellent choice for anyone with mobility issues (like my mom) as there is just one level! The home was exceptionally clean and EVERYTHING is there for you! No towels or sheets or toiletries needed-which was wonderful. Lots of space and the beds were very comfortable (my sister always complains of back pain and she said she had none) We ate at the Marina grill which was minutes away and so scenic and food was awesome!

Clean house with good amenities

The house was clean and well-stocked, especially the extra toiletries in the vanity drawers-although we didn’t actually use any. The only downside was that one of the driveways is on a very busy road, almost a highway, and was very close to a street from which cars could make a turn without being seen. Fortunately we had only one car so we could use the other smaller driveway. The street there was occasionally busy but there was good visibility so not really a problem.
