Amazing 2250 square foot beachfront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome on Navarre Beach, one of Florida's most beautiful beaches with spectacular views of the Gulf from the main living room and master bedroom. Ideally located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre is a hidden paradise on the Gulf. This home has all the extras and upgrades including travertine tile floors, granite countertops, built in beverage cooler, high ceilings, updated bedding, internet, flat screen TVs, and of course, the oceanfront view. The house is updated continuously, and we take pride in making sure our home offers all the amenities needed to make our guests feel at home.

The main level boasts an expansive great room with a large sectional and an 82” TV. The TV is equipped with YouTube TV so you won't have to miss the gorgeous sunset to watch your favorite show. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors provide a fantastic view of the beach and access to a large patio with plenty of room to kick back, relax and watch the waves. The deck is equipped with a loveseat, coffee table, two chairs, and two outdoor loungers for soaking in the rays. A gas grill is available for grilling the perfect dinner. At the bottom of the stairs is a walkway to the white sandy beach and green water of the Emerald Coast. The home is directly on the beach. The boardwalk, stairs, porch tile and landing are new.

The dining room table seats eight and has two additional chairs at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances along with many useful kitchen items such as a Keurig coffee machine, a nespresso machine, griddle, crockpot, etc. There is also a half bath on the main level.

The second master bedroom is located on this level and has a king bed, full size dresser, 37-inch TV, and its own full bath with tile shower. A hair dryer has been added to this bath to allow for lighter packing. This room has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound.

The primary master bedroom is on the upper level and has an amazing ocean view. It has a king bed, full size dresser, and 42-inch TV. The balcony has two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. The spacious bathroom has a tile shower, separate tub and views of the Gulf and was completely remodeled in January 2022. A hair dryer is available below one of the two sinks. This room has a large walk-in closet, and the pack-and-play is also stored in this closet.

The upper level has two other bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. These rooms share a full bath. The queen room has a 37-inch TV and the kids' room has a 26-inch TV. Also on this level is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a small desk area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable fans.

The lower-level garage is unfinished to house all your beach toys. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys to allow for a wonderful time on the beach along with a commercial- grade beach umbrella to shade you from the sun. Chairs, umbrella and toys need to be brought in every night as the beach patrol will remove anything left on the beach overnight.

Wireless broadband Internet access, national long distance phone calls and YouTube TV are complimentary.

To ensure that the property is maintained for the next guest, we do not accommodate pets, wedding parties or groups larger than 6 adults and 4 children. NO PETS - there will be a $750 fee assessed if pets are found in the house. Check in time is 4:00 pm central time or later. The thermostat is locked at 72 degrees during the summer to avoid AC issues. Recycle day is Friday and garbage day is Saturday so we require all guests roll out trash cans the night before to ensure that the next guests have room for their trash.
