Lake front retreat at the Island on Lake Travis

*** We offer discounted monthly rental rates during winter months (November to February)***

Beautiful lakefront villa overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding hill country. Relax in this resort style gated community and enjoy the two landscaped outdoor pools and hot tubs. We also have an indoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna which makes this place a perfect winter get away too.

There is a well-equipped gym and tennis courts on the property for the guest to use. We are also conveniently located close to the onsite restaurant and spa. The restaurant is open for limited hours over the weekends.

We also have washer and dryer for guest to use. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster.

The living room has a sofa bed that opens to be a queen size bed. Bedroom had a queen size bed and gorgeous views of lake and hill country.

Enjoy the sun set in the evenings from out balcony while watching boats cruising around, it's magical! The limit for number of guests is 4. We consider 1 night rentals over weekday. If you wish to book for a night during weekdays, please ask.

The Island on Lake Travis community is located on the north shore of Lake Travis and just twenty miles northwest of Austin. Other local attractions are: several wonderful wineries, multiple golf courses, boating and watersport rentals, fishing, ATV rentals, shopping, water parks, bird-watching, trails and hiking.

What makes this property unique

Fitness club, two outdoor pools, sauna, one indoor pool. Balcony with lake view is the best.
