This spacious 1 bed room apartment offers all the comforts of home. Living room space, full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and a walk in closet. The apartments is located in a safe, established neighborhood on the edge of Lynchburg. This is an apartment above the garage of our home with its own private entrance.

This was a great place for a quiet weekend. Fully stocked and included games, puzzles, and even a turntable! Great value for the price. Good communication, easy check in and a quick drive to campus and other local spots. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay when we were visiting Liberty University! It was a quick ten minutes to campus. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure (which is super important when you have curly hair!). I appreciated the hosts providing the sheets, towels, blankets, toilet paper, hand soap, and a few coffee pods. It made traveling so much easier to not have to pack all of those necessities. We will definitely stay here again when we make our next trip to Lynchburg.

Why they chose this property

I lived in this neighborhood with a group of friends after college. I always loved how peaceful it is - lots of hardwood trees, well maintained homes, families and very convenient to everything in town. When a house became available we jumped at the chance to buy it!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is attached to our house (over our attached two car garage) but not accessible through the house. The apartment has its own entrance which makes it very private and cozy. We sought to make it a calming, comfortable environment with all the amenities of home. From a comfortable chair, to a desk to use your computer, to a turntable to listen to a few records. A fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer!
