There is plenty of natural light in the main living area of this duplex home in The Cottages to make you feel open and relaxed. A vaulted ceiling provides the space for extra windows, and light spills into the room from these windows and the sliding glass door that leads to the back deck. Then it meets and mingles with the dark stain of a natural wood wall, perfectly accentuating the blend of rustic modern.

A plush full sleeper sofa and luxury swivel chair that extend the natural feel provide every member of your group comfortable seating space as you gather around the warmth of a winter fire or the large smart TV for a family movie on a hot summer night. If you're one with nature, this retreat includes an intentional break from technology; you might prefer to set up a board game on the coffee table for family fun and use the grill for dinner. Appalachian vibes extend throughout the beautiful decor, creating a relaxing vacation space.

Connect with family and friends around the heart of the cabin, the place where meals are made in the fully equipped kitchen of Sweet Pea. With an open concept, it's easy for everyone to chat and hang out when relaxing, eating, or cooking. Open the refrigerator for a quick snack, reheat leftovers of the local cuisine that you have sampled on your trip, or even prepare a large meal, all while staying connected to your group in the main living space. Continue that connection as you gather to eat. There is also more space for guests at the breakfast bar located on the other side of the island in the kitchen.

When your life is in perfect harmony, rest comes peacefully and easily. Rustic again greets modern in the first king-sized bedroom with en-suite bath, offset by natural light and light-colored paint and bedding. Do you have a nightly bedtime ritual? Turn on the ceiling fan to stir the air in the room, turn on the smart TV to relax your mind, and turn off the cares of life to breathe deep and dream of peaceful days spent in the mountains.

The Second Queen-sized bedroom with en-suite bath is offset by natural light and light-colored paint and bedding. Gorgeous place; safe neighborhood

The best part of the place was the adjoining parking lot where we were able to play pickleball as a family. The kitchen provided what we needed to prepare all our meals. The only downside was the previous guests left food items in various drawers in the living room and bedroom.

We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning to come back next year if not in the fall. I think we found our perfect place for vacationing in the mountains. Perfect for small families. Nice duplex that was conveniently located to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Master bathroom was very nice with large shower that had multiple shower heads. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was right across the street from the duplex.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to everything. The home provided a started set for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, and it was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our family also loved the video game center and nice back yard! All communication was helpful, prompt, and professional. We highly recommend and definitely hope to stay again for our next visit to Pigeon Forge!

Summer 2021 : Short stay

We stayed 2 nights at this condo in Pigeon Forge. It was in a great location being able to get on/off the parkway quickly. It is located in a quiet little neighborhood. The condo had a plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults / 2 young children), One item to note is that you cannot use the garage as it is locked with a keypad.

The house was really nice. The only complaint I have is everything looked clean and the floor looked clean but when we did not have socks on our feet turned black!! It needs a really good mopping! But other than that it was a nice place to stay!

Nice property and close to attractions

Beautiful house. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to all of Pigeon Forge. Very spacious for a family and MUCH better than a hotel. Our only complaint is the cleaning fee which was more than the daily rate is extreme. The globes on the lights were covered with dust and cobwebs in the corners of the windows on back of house. Seems like the cleaning fee should be on a daily rate. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

This property was exactly as described and was even more spacious than the pictures could show. Right off the strip and across the street from the pool, couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything you need to feel at home away from home; blender, air fryer, coffee maker, all the kitchen needs you can think of. Retro arcade machine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if going to PF. If I had to give one negative it would be that the vents could use a vacuuming. Otherwise it was great, you won’t be disappointed.

Had everything we needed. Wished the living room would of had a recliner. Great house. We noticed someone had scratched her hardwood floors in the living room. So sad people cant take care of other peoples property. We mainly just slept and showered we were on the go the whole time we were time. The traffic was horrible. Took us 9 hrs to arrive when normally it only takes 5. We would stay here again for sure.

Overall all was good. There were a few things that should be addressed: Dishwasher door needs adjustment (falls unexpectedly) / Master Bath Exhaust Fan only heats, not exhausts / Master Bath Shower control is backwards. Outside of house has abundance of spider webs that should be removed, especially by front door.

Lovely condo, very conveniently located

This place was perfect for our family. It is a cozy place, had everything we needed. We found it decorated for the holidays, a present waiting for us when we arrived. Cute touches around the property. The property management responds right away. Location is excellent. A minute to parkway but private as is down a back road so conveniently placed you don’t hear any noise and looks peaceful. The entire area of Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg is wonderful. Plenty to do outdoors. Due to Covid we mostly kept to hiking and avoided crowds as much as possible. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were very busy with tourists but most people were wearing masks. Even outdoors due to crowds many people were still waring masks. We went hiking on Laurel Falls Trail, Mt. leconte, Cade’s Cove Russell Field Trail, went skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, went moonshine tasting. Great experience for us. We’d visit again when Covid is out of the picture to take the kids on all this endless attractions in Pigeon Forge. -Roxana
