Quiet and Serene Studio

I stayed at this rental because I needed to extend my stay in Florida. This studio was clean, tidy, and the owners were very responsive to messages and helpful. I had a very restful stay and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Worst experience I've had with Vrbo

The property was not as listed. The listing has since been changed however it originally stated there was a hot tub which was the primary reason I booked this property - no hot tub! We also had issues with the entryway door not shutting properly, the bathroom door did not shut at all, there was an ant problem, the space was much smaller than it appears in photos, issues with wifi, tv wasn't set up, parking was on the grass sidewalk and resulted in two flat tires, and the host was difficult to communicate with. The property was a converted garage - let's not even address the terrifying way the electric outlets were run via extension cords creating a fire hazard. Honestly a horrible experience, 0/5

I regret to report that this guest was a nightmare. She did not follow any house rules and clearly did not read anything about the listing before booking. She clogged the bathroom and put blood stains all over the towels, which resulted in us having to throw them away. She didn't inform us of any issues, and the bathroom clog nearly caused a fire! We spent over $500 to repair everything she broke. My advice to any host: stay away from this guest! Not only was she rude and disrespectful, but she was also extremely hard to communicate with. The way she damaged the apartment cost us more to repair than what she paid. If you are a host, run away!! Do not rent to her!
